Robert J L Wilkins, mrics – Partner
Robert grew up in Newport and graduated
from the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester, before working in West Wales and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in
1984. In 1985 he returned to his father's practice, Tippins & Wilkins, now
part of Newland Rennie Wilkins, where he specialises in all aspects of the
residential property market, including auctions, sales and lettings. He has a
wealth of professional estate agency experience and knows the local property
market backwards! Robert is a partner based at Newport.

Kaye Fisher - Head
of Department
Kaye is local to the area. She worked in the retail industry before
joining the Welsh Development Agency, where she was responsible for relocating
the staff of major inward investment companies such as LG & Bosch. She
joined the firm in 1998 as residential lettings manager and was responsible for
a substantial growth in our client base. She became Newport's business development manager in
2002, further developing sales & lettings, including our 'buy to let'
service. In 2005 she became Head of Residential Services.

Toby Simcox – Sales Manager
Toby grew up in Bath and currently
resides just over the bridge in Bristol.
Having graduated from The University of Wales, Aberystwyth with a degree in
Business Science he ventured into Pharmaceutical Sales with a leading Pharmaceutical
company which specialises in Psychiatric and Neurological Medicine.
Over the last 5 years Toby
has been heavily involved in Overseas Property and has built up a reputation
for giving accurate, honest, specialist advice to those looking to buy property
overseas. Toby takes pride in delivering a superior service that focuses
strongly on client's personal needs and requirements. Toby bases himself at Cardiff
